Dreams- we all have them. At least we all should have dreams. It does not matte what position you hold within an organization, you have the right to have your own dreams for what you and the organization can achieve. More importantly, you may have dreams that are outside of the organization, and that is a great thing. What is most important in life is to take time to revisit your dreams and take stock of where you are on the path towards achieving some of those dreams. If this something you have not done in a long time, take time this week to dream, you won't regret it!
