Chapter 5- The Magic of Process ties together the previous two chapters. In this discussion we share some of the key points and how we can relate that to what we do in our office. In any organization how we do things, understanding how we do things, is essential for improvement. Disney again does this better than anyone. They recognize that it is a dynamic, ever changing process so make sure you have a system in place to review and fine time your processes in order to ensure guests are having exceptional experiences.
