Have you ever thought about producing an internal podcast for your organization? In this episode I talk about how this show was developed initially for the TEAM at Minster Dental Care. Our organization was growing fast, and I wanted to find a way to calibrate new TEAM members with veterans around topics related to customer service. I didn't want to add more meetings so the next best solution was a podcast. After producing an internal podcast for close to a year now, the effort has been well wort it. Let me know what you think!
